    SubtleDragon Holistic Body Work

    Qigong

    Qigong is the ancient Chinese practice of revitalizing the body and clearing the mind. The subtleDragon qigong program uses static and dynamic movements which focuses on training the body through proper body alignment, shape, opening and closing the body, rising and sinking the body, regulating the breath, and having intent. Qigong, be it soft, hard, stationary or moving assists in the building and maintanence of a persons well being. Also  it provides a boost for people whom have already found their balance. Qigong has long been a popular form of exercise in China and now all over the world. Privates or you can create a group of 2-10.

    Acupressure Treatment

    Acupressure is an ancient, non-invasive natural method of healing, balancing and maintaining the body. Acupressure is based on the principles of keeping the chi (vital energy/bioelectrical energy ) within us flowing harmoniously. When there is a disruption in the flow thru stress, injury, neglect, etc.... pain, sickness and discomfort can arise. Benefits of acupressure are numerous. Sifu Lloyd specializes in fatigue,  anxiety and  various  type  of  body  pain.

    Movement

       The lengendary monks of China have taught us that by following the movements of certain nature‘s creatures such as the grace of the crane, the flow of the snake, the dynamic force and directness of the tiger, the agility of the leopard and the spirit and yin/yang power of the dragon can strengthen/tone the body, relieve stress, increase mobility, improves concentration and energize the body and mind. Along with learning movements through set sequences (forms) you can also increase your mind body connection by learning to control and manipulate tools and objects such as a broom, umbrella, hand held fan, etc...Holistic movement is great for the athlete, non-athlete, dancer or the simply curious. Privates or you can create a group of 2-10.

    In-studio, on-line & outdoor (weather and season permitting) available. Acupressure is only available in-studio. Groups can participate in Movement or Qigong. Groups can combine the two. Individuals can combine any of the three interest.
